Sarah Crouse, MA, T-LMHC

In my practice, I enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, major life changes, grief, and loss. I see individuals of all ages but specialize in children (infancy through adolescence), college students, and young adults. I also enjoy working with new moms experiencing prenatal and postpartum mental health concerns. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, depending on which fits best for the diagnosis and individual I am working with. I most often use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and empowerment. My favorite part of my role as a counselor is building a genuine relationship with my clients. I look forward to working with you!
