Hello and welcome! My name is Kyla and I am a Licensed Social Worker who works beside people of all ages helping them explore their inner self and to learn skills to live their best life. I have experience working with individuals with a variety of mental health diagnosis. I have worked in public agencies, private practices, hospitals, skilled nursing care, assisted living facilities, group homes, and in-home care.

I have further training working with the aging population and received a behavioral health and aging certificate from Boston University. I graduated from Iowa State University with an undergraduate in Sociology and from the University of Iowa with a master’s degree in social work. I additionally have skill and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, people with intellectual disabilities, brain injury, those struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, codependent relationships and panic disorder.
