I specialize in women’s reproductive and maternal mental health. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and interpersonal approaches with clients. I resource attachment parenting approaches for parenting issues and concerns.

I enjoy supporting women and their partners in strengthening their coping and communication skills during this critical life transition. I also coordinate community resources as needed.
