In my practice, I believe in the importance of connection, vulnerability, acceptance and a shared goal for growth. As a therapist, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and major life changes. Working with perinatal disorders, including supporting mothers through pregnancy and postpartum life, is an area that I specialize in and enjoy working with. I also enjoy working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate major life stressors and changes.
In my training, I have completed a Master’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am working towards a Perinatal Mental Health Certificate (PMH-C).
My favorite part in this role as a counselor is building a genuine relationship with my clients. I look forward to working with you!
