Children, adolescents, and adults

I work with children (ages 5 and up), adolescents and adults, providing individual, parent-child and couples therapy.

My specialty is treating emotional difficulties related to pregnancy and post-partum (depression, anxiety, trauma). I enjoy supporting women and their partners in strengthening their coping and communication skills during this critical life transition. I also coordinate community resources as needed.

Other areas of experience and interest include depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, separation and divorce, self-injurious behavior, work/life balance and work-related issues. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and interpersonal approaches with clients.
